在肛裂的治療中,除了飲食的注意之外,盡量飲食均衡多喝水之外,
溫水坐浴對於復原也有相當大的幫助
建議原po每日早晚以及排便後進行溫水坐浴,水溫大概比體溫高一點
每次約5~10分鐘,有助於傷口癒合
溫水坐浴可用家裡的臉盆,或用專門的泡盆,如以下網址所示

坐浴後以毛巾或衛生紙沾乾之後,再擦上藥膏
在排便中,不要因為糞便很硬,而過度用力括約肌或增強腹壓,
若因此而排便太快,反而會造成傷口的撕裂,
原po在飲食上已多補充纖維,加上康賜爾散劑的效果,若排便時間沒有間隔太久,
糞便應該不會太硬,所以不需過度用力括約肌或增強腹壓
而在排便後建議使用蓮蓬頭以溫水清潔,水柱不用太強,
避免使用衛生紙擦拭,使傷口撕裂
若在外頭不方便沖水清潔,則用衛生紙以沾壓方式,而非往某個方式擦拭
為避免每次排便的不適感造成心裡的排斥感,反而更不想上廁所的話
可在排便前進行溫水坐浴,並擦上藥膏
有些肛裂的藥膏裡含局部麻痺的成份,可減緩疼痛感,而且在藥膏的潤滑下,
排便的過程中可減少傷口的撕裂
肛裂的復原主要還是要靠人體自行修補,
以上提供一點淺見,若在復原的過程中,對於運動、飲食、排便習慣有相關問題
