想推薦一本書~~吃錯了,當然會生病 - 養生

上周到政大書城看到這本書
隨手翻翻發現書中有許多基本跟對於飲食迷思的解答
像是好油.壞油及蛋白質的選擇
還蠻詳細
於是就買了這本書
回家之後
翻到是不是要多喝牛奶才有營養?這個部分
我有些疑問
就是書中不建議以牛奶為鈣質的攝取的來源
而是以攝取深綠色蔬菜(以班圖人為例)為來源
如果牛奶真的不應該成為鈣質的攝取來源
那還有其他方式可以吸收到鈣質嗎?(記得喝大骨湯的方式收效甚微)
