可以觀察自己的情緒循環
暴食跟情緒息息相關
我自己是早上起來神智清醒
到了晚上七到十點之前食慾最旺盛
情緒最混亂
我稱為惡魔的時刻
那幾小時對食慾的抵抗力最弱
暴食最嚴重的那段日子
每天都像經過混亂情緒暴風雨的洗禮
到了十一點後食慾又開始消退
因為生理上的疲倦漸漸增強
我現在面對惡魔的時刻的方法是
晚一點吃午或晚餐以免被餓到
強迫自己早點睡
去玩網路遊戲把時間打發掉
最重要的是
當惡魔時刻來臨
做一些放鬆轉移注意力的事
不要勉強自己做不想做的事
因為當你覺得自己越可憐
就會有用食物犒賞自己的補償心態
我的方法不見得奏效
工作一忙我就開始壓力暴食
不過還是給大家參考
