these are modelities of radiotherapy.
螺旋刀 is helical IMRT (intensity-modulated radiotherapy)
--> these deliver doses of radiotherapy slice-by-slice.
快活光子刀 is rapidarc which is a relatively new kind of
IMRT called IMAT (intensity-modulated arc therapy)
the principal benefit of it is due to better focus of radiotherapy
into the targets and spares the healthy tissue better.
rapid arc is new technology - it results in less damage to healthy
tissue - whether it translate into survival benefit, that you
will need to consult your surgeon/oncologist.
