小弟本來的視力約有1.2~1.5
但是由於大學的糟蹋之下 可能有點退化
我知道要保持良好視力要有良好的使用眼睛之習慣
但是有哪些食物能夠幫助眼睛減緩視力退化呢?
除了紅羅蔔 藍莓 枸杞等....(我只知道這些QQ)
尚有哪些食物也能對眼睛好呢? 深綠蔬菜?
我實在不想戴眼鏡阿> <
