對心肺功能有益的運動 - 養生

俗話說「要活就要動」
想找一些對心肺功能有幫助的運動..
我自己的首選是游泳,不過由於工作時間種種因素,
平時這不是那麼容易實行,慢跑的話對膝蓋負擔也不小,
羽球籃球對腳關節的負擔更大,桌球不錯,但場地取得不易,又要有伴..
所以「除了」這些種運動之外,是不是還有其他運動
對心肺功能有明顯幫助、不傷膝蓋、可獨自運動又可以流汗的呢?
基本上這運動是以養生為目的..不一定要競賽型的..
