如何淡忘霸凌經驗 - 憂鬱症

國小國中時期,遭遇過幾次嚴重的霸凌與惡作劇,還沒生病之前其實不怎麼會回想起來,
倒是生病之後,社交恐懼變嚴重,也很常回憶起這些經驗,這些經驗我認為對焦慮跟憂鬱
影響很大,心理諮商師給的方式是冥想,但對我幫助其實不大,是真心想詢問有沒有什麼
方法可以盡量減少回想起這些經驗的頻率,心理師給的建議目前幫助都不大,我真的需要
一些協助,謝謝各位
