失眠的情況越來越嚴重了怎麼辦 - 壓力

最近不知道是不是因為工作壓力太大
公司有國外的客戶要來
常常要加班到很晚準備簡報
還有一個禮拜大概會有兩三次應酬吃飯 回家大概都十點超過了
覺得完全沒有自己的時間
這些無形的壓力搞的食慾很好的我
最近什麼都不想吃了
應酬在高級的餐廳也沒食慾QQ
不過最惱人的應該是晚上都睡不好
很累很累但是就是睡不著
半夜會起來好幾次 整個臉色非常差
感覺老了好幾歲
有試過睡前喝牛奶可是沒什麼幫助
想問問看大家睡不好的時候會補充什麼營養品嗎 還是吃什麼食物可以改善的
