如題
每個人一天建議攝取的蛋白質
大概是體重*0.8
個人因為吃素
早晚會各喝一杯豆漿或牛奶
(一杯約8克蛋白質)加補體健一匙(每匙約15克蛋白質)
算起來差不多就是每天該攝取的
這樣補會太多嗎
