我是一個即將參加大考的考生
可能是壓力太大
這幾天只要一躺在床上腦海中就一直不斷浮現念過的東西
雖然很累可是腦袋不聽使喚
不知道大家有沒有過這種經驗= =
我大概都11點就上床睡覺了
昨天到一點還睡不著
不知道有沒有什麼東西吃了可以幫助穩定情緒呢?
或者平常就可以泡來喝對身體好的東西?
