倦怠卻又失眠 - 養生

每天大概7點半至9點左右,就覺得很疲倦很想睡覺,
但很奇怪,大概過了9點精神就開始變好,
持續到約12點該上床了,卻又翻來覆去睡不著,
或是都很淺眠,這種情況已經持續好一陣子了,
以前我也差不多12點睡覺,卻是倒頭就會睡昏,
不曉得為何變成如此,該去看醫生嗎??該看哪科呢??
