我也認為這篇論文數據引用有爭議之處,因為他是去收集許多篇論文後經篩選後統計出來
的結果(meta-analysis),重點在新聞應該將死亡率改成相對危險風險(relative risk)

並不是獨立研究..是根據許多不同團隊的實驗結果利用meta analysis加以統計分析

把風險跟真實死亡率混在一起講是危言聳聽,大家笑笑就好。
(3)另外我個人覺得死亡率是以all-cause mortality有點疑惑,這僅只是以疾病死亡論?
還是連意外死亡也算下去?這部分可能要問更專精於實證醫學的人回答^^

最後作者的結論很含蓄也很有趣,增加了風險的維他命A,E與beta 胡蘿蔔素都是脂溶
性而脂溶性維他命較水溶性維他命如B群與C不易被排出體外,我個人認為作者的結論
是在暗示或許人們攝取維他命時,脂溶性維他命的攝取量或許已經太高了,才會造成
危險因子風險提高。
