爬文得知要保持一整個早上的好精神吃高蛋白和多醣體的食物
少吃澱粉類
現在我早上都吃沙拉和低脂牛奶 也有吃維他命B群
精神真的變的很好耶^^
但一到中午吃過飯又開始昏昏欲睡了XD
目前小弟我在準備考試
需要整天長時間唸書
請問還需要做哪些營養補充能夠維持更長時間的體力精神呢?
