上火該喝什麼好 - 養生

症狀:
1.因睡眠不足(晚十二點睡,早上四點半起床),導致經常性的「上火」。
2.氣很虛。
3.想補血。
是否有「降火氣」、又可「補氣」及「補血」的方法呢?
目前我想到的是煮「枸杞+紅棗」,但是否會火上加火?
不過剛剛爬文的結果,好像有人提到這不是真的上火,而是虛火?
請教各位先進了。
