一進食就脹氣 - 壓力

不知是不是因為最近壓力大生活作息不正常,
最近只要進食(包括喝水)完就會一直有氣從胃冒上來,
不是吃太飽打嗝,是氣不斷冒上來,大概要連續打10個嗝才能把氣吐完,
這是脹氣嗎? 要吃梅精、醋、優酪乳嗎??
