吃晚餐ing,回家再排版喔~
最近在板上看到一些有益的文章,想也來回饋一下,
以下方法親測有效,是除了藥物及心理治療等正規療法外,
人人都可以輕鬆在家進行的自我復健。
(排列按照想到的順序,沒有難度或先後關係。)
1.散步
不花錢,隨時隨地都可以進行,也可以逐漸鍛鍊體能。
2.算數字
兩位數以內的加減法最好,例如17+8、65-49這樣子的,
或是用100下去減隨機想到的兩位數。
看起來好像沒什麼意義,但是相信我,用途很大!
之後不管是買東西或工作,都會有意想不到的幫助。
如果兩位數的加減熟練了,可以換成三位數(一千以內),或是乘法。
3.洗衣服曬衣服
陽光對憂鬱症的治療有極大的好處,維持居住環境和自身的健康,
是走向康復相當重要的一環,也可以當作是輕度運動的一種。
可以的話,再慢慢進步到整理房間、掃地拖地等。
4.出門
一天一次也好,強迫自己出門。
買東西少用網購,盡量到店裡去,練習跟人說說話,
逛逛商店、散散步,看看植物,呼吸新鮮空氣,都對恢復健康有正面的幫助,
而且有出門的話會比較注意自己的外表。
5.吃三餐、吃有益身心的食物
牛奶、香蕉、堅果之類的,網上或板上都有很多分享,
至於健康食品之類的個人沒有嚐試,也覺得不太需要,
維他命B群、深海魚油有吃過,但是沒看到明顯的效果,算是吃意思的。
6.寫字
用什麼筆都可以,試著慢慢把字寫得工整些,寫字很需要靜心,
對將來工作也有幫助。
