這顆藥讓我十分困擾
我已服用一年多
我分不清楚我現在許多狀態是因為本身的生病還是藥物所造成
因此停藥了一兩個月
現在又開始吃 我覺得昏睡 想要一直吃 一直感覺餓 頭痛 全身都不舒服
我問過很多醫生 大家幾乎都說這顆藥很好
這在台灣算是新藥 而且很貴 所以一般大醫院都會管制醫生開這顆藥的數量
所以比起其他藥 使用這顆藥治療的病人較少
醫生告訴我治療精神分裂目前常用的有9到11種藥物 這顆藥是藥效最輕的
適合穩定期使用
此藥又叫做aripiprazole 以下是我在外國網站找到的資料
People with schizophrenia may experience 'positive symptoms' (such as
hallucinations, delusions and hostility) and/or 'negative symptoms' (such as
lack of emotion and social isolation).
The positive symptoms are thought to be due to overactivity of dopamine in
certain areas of the brain. Aripiprazole blocks the dopamine receptors in
these areas and so prevents the overactivity. This helps control the positive
symptoms of the disease.
The negative symptoms, as well as cognitive symptoms such as memory loss and
poor attention, are considered to be due to underactivity of dopamine in other
areas of the brain. In these areas, aripiprazole stimulates the dopamine
receptors. This mimics the activity of dopamine in these areas of the brain and
so improves their activity. This helps improve the negative and cognitive
symptoms of this illness.
