不知不覺從心理師建議我這事,
已經過了一百天,
剛開始練習的時候真的備受艱辛,
覺得自己一事無成又有什麼好紀錄的?
但練習了這幕久,
漸漸的我也開始習慣了這本本子的存在!
每天書寫練習也讓自己越來越有成就感。

剛開始都不知道要寫什麼,
只好把吃飯、睡覺、回診之類的都寫上去,

而到近期越來越能發現生活中的美好事物,
逐漸變得豐富了起來,
能夠累積100天的紀錄真的覺得好開心,
接下來繼續朝著200天、300天、一年邁進!
