請問一下
我做仰臥起坐上半身要起來的時候,我如果將動作放很慢時,腹部那邊會抖的很厲害
抖到整個上半身都在抖,請問這樣正常嗎??
最近偶爾會覺得身體肌肉好像有點會抖動,譬如打籃球後流滿身汗,手指頭也會一直抖
,或者一些延展的動作時肢體也會些微抖動,想請問這是正常的嗎?
還是我自己想太多了 = =
