開始運動 - 憂鬱症

開始游泳了,
雖然可能是為了逃避讀期末考啦~
但走出第一步的感覺真好,
昨天來回八趟快累翻,
太久沒運動體力真的變很差,
今天游了十趟,
估計之後每次(希望是每天XD)都是十趟
體力變好了再往上加。
這兩天游完都喝一大杯無糖豆漿,
如果能配合長肌肉變瘦那就更好了。
不過持續還是第一要務啦!
