吃地瓜真的有用喔~~我之前便祕的時候~我媽都用清蒸...
然後連皮一起吃下去..但第一次便便的時候會有點臭喔~~~
另外,吃鳳梨和小番茄也不錯...纖維質也很多..
還有蔬菜也多吃點吧...加油 持支以恆..你一定可以牌便順暢的^^
