長期上大夜班…對身體會有什麼影響? - 養生

因為在飯店工作的關係,我幾乎一個星期五天都是從晚上11點到到早上7點半才下班
所以一直都是白天睡覺…
這樣子一年下來了…目前為止…身體上覺得還好
沒有什麼特別的變化…也沒有容易生病什麼的
本來以為頂多做一年…
可是最近飯店打算繼續和我簽約
也就是說…至少還會有一年以上要繼續上大夜班
其實很爭雜要不要繼續工作下去…因為這是個很好的機會
但又很怕身體會壞掉
所以想請問…這樣長期下來…身體會有影響嗎?
如果想要繼續下去的話…
我需要補充維他命還是鐵質什麼的嗎?
