之前朋友有教我傳統硬舉,但他教我以後我都沒做自主練習,原因是對自己沒信心覺得沒能力,所以想逃避困難不想練習。
最近把深蹲練得更精實些,才慢慢建立起自信去練硬舉,雖然無法練很重,但至少有克服一些心理障礙,希望持續努力,一定會更棒的。
