最近想聊關於興趣的話題~
因為自己在重鬱養病的時候也是常常覺得很無聊,想找些事情來打發時間,
再加上有興趣的話,我覺得比較容易交到至同道合的朋友,
所以來分享一些我對於興趣的心得感想~
1.容易入門、不需要太專業的設備
基本上我想大家都不會想在興趣上花太多錢吧。XDDD
尤其是一開始入門的時候,所以就選些不需要花太多錢買裝備(?),
也不需要特別去學,一個人就可以練的就好啦~
例:畫畫(只需要買紙跟筆)、運動(有身體就行)、練字(只需要筆)、寫小說(只要鍵盤)、
看書(去書店看or圖書館借)
2.最好是可以輕微活動的
如果是運動之類的當然最好啦,不過重鬱的時候根本沒體力啊。XD
退而求其次是至少不要長時間對著電腦,當然更好是能出去曬曬太陽。
而且適度活動可以讓身體比較不會退化,累一點晚上也比較好睡。XDD
例:瑜珈、編織(手會痠XD)、拍照(出門拍)、逛街(不要帶錢)、騎自行車、做手工皂?
(沒做過不知道,有請DC大分享XD)
3.最好是容易跟他人有互動的
因為跟他人互動減少的話溝通能力真的會越來越退步,這是親身經驗。(泣
所以比較冷門的興趣在這裡可能就不太推薦啦~
而且最好是出門才能做,當然練字要去公園練也不是不行啦。XDDD(毆
例:跑步(有跑友)、自行車(有車友)、瑜珈(有瑜珈友)、逛街(有街友)(大誤)、
散步(有散步友、還有帶狗散步的人通常都很好聊。XD)
4.可以永續經營(?)
雖然說興趣不需要什麼理由,不過如果為了比較實用的目的而培養興趣,
(例如想讓自己健康、想交到朋友)
那選擇一個比較能永續發展下去的興趣,會有用得多~
也就是說這個技能是可以累積的,過了一二十年依然有用!
例:練打字速度、學習PS等軟體、運動身體健康、閱讀增加知識
大概就這樣,其它的歡迎各領域強者補完。XDDD
(我真的覺得p板臥虎藏龍耶,各行各業的強人都有~~~)
