運動強迫症 - 飲食疾患

多吃一點就會焦慮 然後強迫自己去運動
多吃當然要多動
但問題是 我的身體還在受傷狀態
跑不起來 腰脊椎側彎壓迫神經
上上禮拜打了神經阻斷針 又常拉傷
兩腳膝蓋軟骨磨損
站久一點走久一點就開始小不舒服
可悲的是 就算這樣
我也會自我強迫 去散步走路逛街(?) 騎室內腳踏車1hr以上
就算半殘 也要慢慢走完 慢慢騎完
吃超過固定的量就慌
早餐正常 蔬菜總匯三明治+黑咖啡
(四片土司+一片起司+小黃瓜+生菜+番茄)
雖然每次吃完 都會坐在早餐店掙扎 想再多點一份
(每天三餐都吃一樣的東西才有安全感)
午餐吃完後
下午又開始多吃了 一份 巧克豆豆麵包 341卡
六包 起司米餅 256卡
一顆 杏仁杯巧克力 50卡
兩顆 奇異果 推算約100卡
目前為止 多吃了750卡
晚餐可以不用吃了
但家人又煮了晚餐= =
所以今天大概要在健身車度過好幾個小時了
準備騎到死= =
