這是家人的狀況
不知道算不算憂鬱症(或是躁鬱症)

這情形可能已經持續幾年了吧
只是以前不太注意
最近好像比較嚴重

我的印象是
以前他總會抱怨不易入睡
後來看了醫生，也開了藥，
吃藥他就容易入睡了，
期間他有自行停藥，
但只要一停藥，沒法入睡的症狀就又會出現，
似乎有提過醫生說他有躁鬱症(不知道我有沒有記錯)
最近一直抱怨現在的房子不適合他住
(感覺身體不好、有人在阻礙他)
(他有念經的習慣，常會不自主的就哭了起來，一直說這房子不適合他，有人在阻礙他)
一直說要再看房子搬家，說這樣他感覺會比較好
我不知道這適不適合在這版問
還是該是宗教的版問
