請問
早餐只吃一個水煮蛋,兩片白土司(不加任何調味)
,再加上一杯三合一麥片,還有一顆綜合維他命
另外午餐也是這麼吃,晚上則是只吃一些蔬菜
少量肉類但沒有澱粉類(午,晚餐就不會再吃維他命了)。
這樣的營養夠嗎?如果不夠是缺乏哪一種營養呢?
因為我朋友說這樣營養不夠,但經過兩個月都這樣吃,我倒是覺得精神
比以前亂吃好, 而且皮膚變的很好,體重也增加到正常值的上限就停不
會再增加
這樣吃到底有沒有問題呢?
