如題 之前逛超商會忍不住買啤酒
或是每個禮拜給自己設定幼稚喝酒日
最近改喝可樂和氣泡水後,
跟以前嚼口香糖或軟糖等
也透過動漫音樂轉移注意力
哈哈比較有健康身體才能稍微有動力
雖然藥的部分還沒成功戒就是了.
