請問平時大家會在意補鈣嗎? - 養生

最近和朋友聊到他媽媽因為鈣質流失都沒在補
去醫院檢查才發現骨質密度不足 會有骨鬆的危險
雖然我是身為朋友啦...但聽到也替他擔心了一下
這個話題也聊了很久
以前也有看過報導說鈣質這種東西到了一定年紀就會開始流失
一直沒在補鈣的話 老了可能就會有骨質疏鬆的危險
所以才想問看看板友平常有在補鈣的人都吃些什麼
像是我朋友的媽媽現在好像就在喝安怡了吧(成人奶粉之類的)
補鈣的產品好像也是蠻多的..阿鈣 維骨力 鈣片
平常吃的食物中含鈣的好像也很多 像是黑芝麻 豆腐 綠花椰 大骨湯等等
主要是剛好跟朋友聊到這個話題啦~整個人神經質起來了XD
想說也早點替家人準備care補鈣這塊
不然真的患有骨鬆的話...對生活好像也會造成很多不方便
有經驗的人可以分享一下嗎?
