請問吃完泡麵的善後處理 - 養生

今天懶得出門買晚餐,
於是泡了兩包泡麵,
在沖泡的當下就後悔了,
兩包鈉含量總計竟然高達4656毫克,
熱量和脂肪含量也很高,
(湯只喝了一點)
吃完趕快補充大量水,
吃些奇異果、柳橙,
不過可以預見明早廁所勢必會受到些影響。
請問版上各位如果吃了泡麵,會如何做補救?
