Impression:
- A 2.0cm hypervascular nodule in S4 of liver.
DDx: focal nodular hyperplasia， adenoma， HCC or others.
Suggest MRI(with Primovist) further check.
Other details are mentioned as followings:

CT study of abdomen (20220823) without and with contrast medium:
Pre-contrast scans: 5 mm slice thickness from diaphragm to pubic symphysis;
Arterial phase: 5 mm slice thickness from diaphragm to kidney;
Early portal venous phase: 5 mm slice thickness from diaphragm to pubic
symphysis;
Delayed venous phase: 5 mm slice thickness from diaphragm to kidney.
Comparison with previous (-)CT.
Imaging findings :
1. Liver :
- A 2.0cm nodule in S4 of liver with hypervascular enhancement and slight
hypodensity on delay phase.
DDx: focal nodular hyperplasia， adenoma， HCC or others.
2. Biliary system : No evidence of bile duct dilatation.
3. Pancreas : Unremarkable
4. Spleen : Unremarkable
5. Adrenal glands : Unremarkable
6. Urinary system : Unremarkable
7. GI system : Unremarkable
8. Lymph node : Unremarkable
9. Musculoskeletal : Unremarkable
10. Reproductive system: Unremarkable
11. Others :
- Surgical clips in pelvis.
