最新發現,吃冰涼的.炸的是元凶
包括濕疹~汗皰疹 ,沒有碰濕涼的簡直好像沒有這個病的存在
一喝冰的 涼的 或吃冰淇淋,汗皰疹先,再來濕疹來
飲食真的要注意哦~~

4月初到7月發蕁麻疹
已經是慢性的了
看好多醫師,四位吧..中醫 西醫
西醫抗組織胺吃了快兩個月
幾乎每周醫生都幫我換藥,因為吃了都還會再發
屬於一開始幾天有用,後來就沒用了,壓不住的感覺
這周把西藥停了,因為實在好想睡覺
副作用讓我都懷疑我是不是得了什麼重症
吃藥還是發疹,讓我心情很低落
號發於臉部
停藥後,都自己煮,包括早餐
澱粉類,吃白飯、胚芽米、青菜、豬肉
昨天跟今天都沒什麼發作的樣子,就算有也是小小一顆不明顯,也很快就消了
雖然醫生都說已經變成慢性的,跟飲食就不會有什麼相關
有點覺得是加工食品惹的禍
之前滿常吃麵包類,還有油炸食物 速食 冰品
這禮拜都戒了這些 連冰水都戒
怎麼停了抗組織胺反而好多了....
實驗不到一週過了平靜的日子幾天
沒發病的日子
很怕接下來會有"蕁麻疹的逆襲"
畢竟我沒服藥,只有飲食控制而已
這樣算不算根治呢?
可能要吃個速食就知道了吧XD
