不然就是用手機
一天下來會眼睛真的會很疲勞
乾澀到不行只能狂點眼藥水
嚴重時還會影響頭痛
知道眼睛是可以透過吃葉黃素來改善
但現在葉黃素種類實在太多種
也很多牌子有賣
我有看到有膠囊的、果凍、喝的、錠狀...一堆
想問這些差異會影響效果嗎?
型態應該就是游離型跟酯化型
看人家都說要吃游離型才好吸收
