本人的方法:
一開始找中醫推拿按摩復健一下(但要謹慎選)
最好找有健保的中醫
但後來搭配西醫的冰敷熱敷
並矯正睡姿 換記憶枕
睡覺的時候枕頭不要太高的 最好有枕到脖子
耳朵跟肩膀最好要同一個水平
