我有壓力的時候,
通常會喝酒放鬆、跑步跑得筋疲力盡或一直玩遊戲到睡著,
但是壓力依然還在。
喝酒的時候一直一直想壓力的事情,喝茫了才開始放鬆。
跑步的時候也是,直到累到不行為止。
玩遊戲時都悶悶的,
逼自己不要思考,一直到能夠睡著。
我一直不懂,釋放壓力跟逃避究竟有什麼不同,
大家覺得呢?
