膳食纖維吃太多會怎麼樣嗎? - 養生

我是外食族學生
因為之前肉吃太多被檢查出身上毒素太多
我現在每餐都會煮燙青菜,一次量大概是麵攤燙青菜的兩倍
然後每天我都會吃一顆蘋果
下午肚子餓時會吃桂格燕麥
偶爾我會吃纖維素加益菌的綜合碇
我這樣會吃太多的膳時纖維嗎?
吃太多會怎麼樣嗎?
