這裡的情況是因為喝太多酒刺激腸道而發炎的情形。
這種腸炎配合一些飲食的調整會自己好,
當然,如果過了一兩天都沒有改善,那還是去看醫生。
調理方法最好是斷食,喝好的礦泉水,還有喝檸檬水;
水果可以吃柳丁,
假如真的肚子餓得受不了,
可以吃燕麥粥,或者麥片泡熱開水吃。
此外,白土司烤一下下吃也可以。(不過白土司還是含有油分)
