我就跟他說,那就試著看書好了
首先要先翻開書,什麼都不用看,只要能坐在書桌前翻開書就好了
等他能翻開書了,我就讓他試著讀第一頁

一次只做一件事,慢慢的看完整本書
每天給自己設一個小目標,去達成他」
聽到這段話的時候心裡很想哭
對生活都沒有目標,心裡空落落的其實很難受
但也許我們根本不用看那麼遠那麼大,看到整個人生去
每天給自己一個小小的任務
慢慢的達成他,也許慢慢的這一點一滴的小小任務就會構成整個人生
