之前婆婆每天都要到家裡附近的朋友家找朋友聊天
不過最近發現在還蠻常待在家
問她才知道她說她的膝蓋跟腰會酸痛 特別是在上下樓梯的時候
於是就帶去醫院給醫生檢查 說是骨頭老化了
後來老公也買了維骨力回來給婆婆補充
只是婆婆總是有一搭沒一搭的在吃
想詢問大家都用什麼方式幫長輩補充鈣質長輩比較容易接受?
我目前是有想到用泡牛奶的方式 因為婆婆習慣每天早上都會喝一杯豆漿
(考慮的品牌是楊紫瓊廣告的安怡長青高鈣跟安怡關鍵)
