第一,請愛用白土司跟柳橙果醬:
白土司烤得酥酥的再抹上帶皮的柳橙果醬吃,
白土司內含胃病病人需要的營養,
至於柳橙皮「可以讓你的胃記起想要吃東西的感覺唷~」;
再來是粥,白米粥一直煮煮到爛,只喝米湯而不要吃飯的部分,
米湯可以促進胃液跟腸液的分泌。
假如胃已經好了一點,想要吃肉類的話,只能吃牛肉,魚千萬不能吃,
不要吃奶油,而其他胃病病人的經驗是也不要喝牛奶。
