維生素A的吸收? - 養生

大家所熟知的維生素A為脂溶性維生素,
不過,我以電鍋蒸的方式,把紅蘿蔔煮熟後,
再搭配吃秋刀魚,秋刀魚的魚油多多,
這樣的吃法,不知道是否也會增加維生素A的吸收?
還是一定要把紅蘿蔔拿去炒過,比較好吸收呢?
