各位華駝好:
我近期買了一本書,叫"空腹力革命"

書裡建議早餐喝三杯(共480cc)的蘋果紅蘿蔔汁
我想採用的是,
早上喝生薑紅茶跟中午只喝果汁,晚上正常吃,
這樣喝可以小排毒,
因為血液不用流去胃那邊為那邊幫忙消化進而可以流到全身。
1."果汁和渣一起喝"和"只喝果汁去除渣" 的效果和差別在哪邊?
2.如果只想打蘋果紅羅蔔,沒有有推薦的果汁機,1500以下。
