我曾經有過精神病史:
憂鬱症 官能性憂鬱症 躁鬱症 焦慮症
斷藥一年多
我都可以入睡了現在
是很容易醒過來啦
而且睡眠時間通常都只有三到五小時
這樣正常嗎
我都不會精神不好噢
但是有點怕是躁症的一種表現方式
因為每當這情形持續一陣子過後
我會開始變得嗜睡 思睡
怎麼睡都睡不飽
我本來想說
睡眠時間原本就是都因人而異
可是最近我變成可以一天不睡
隔天也只睡四小時
就覺得有點太厲害了吧.....
