睡眠時間很長&所謂正常作息 - 憂鬱症

最近在思考什麼樣才算正常作息?
從確診到現在換過不少藥,但在睡眠的藥自己覺得沒到很重,從一些肌肉放鬆劑到目前就半顆悠樂丁
其實要起床還是起得來,之前實習時有時三點睡五點再起來打報告,接著直接出門上班
然後結束實習跟離職時都大暴睡一個禮拜,除了吃飯以外的時間幾乎都在睡
最近幾個月待業,想說乾脆遵循身體本能看會怎樣,想睡就睡,想吃就吃(現在真心覺得能吃就是福,能睡就是福)
結果大概凌晨一點到兩點會入睡,早上八點左右會醒來一下,但常常會想倒回去睡
12點一定會起來吃飯,陪阿嬤大概到下午兩點多,回來有時又倒下去睡午覺,起來大概就四點五點了。
算下來一天大概有12小時在睡覺,但如果要出門還是可以撐住不睡
蠻好奇大家大家大概都睡多久?覺得怎麼樣的作息才算正常?
