睡不著 - 養生

一直以來 我都不是很容易入眠的人 
常常一躺就是幾個小時
但是寢室的情況讓我很想應付
每次室友都在玩遊戲
喇叭聲.鍵盤聲.講話聲.
書桌的燈也讓我很難睡
不方便跟他說什麼 除了講話
讓我更難入睡 根本睡不著
通常要等到沒聲音時才能入眠
我都是睡前洗澡 好像也幫助入眠?
但是我很懷疑 洗澡促境血液循環
讓身體暖活 為什麼會比較好睡阿
希望各位大大救救我>__<
越來越討厭睡覺了~
