看診10年的心得 - 憂鬱症

我看診10年了,最近6年都固定同一個醫生,不打算換了。
我的病情時好時壞,最好的紀錄是5個月才去看醫生一面,
最慘是一個星期去了兩趟。
我之所以不再換醫生的原因,就是這位醫生的藥不會開的很重,
我以前曾經一天吃10顆藥,吃得我昏昏欲睡,情緒仍然崩潰。
這位醫生只讓我一天吃4顆藥,我就可以穩定去上班。
以下是我的幾點心得:
1.跟醫生討論用藥:
由於我是老病患了,吃過不下20幾種精神科的藥物,所以那種適合我,
哪種會讓我有副作用,我自己都有紀錄。
我的病歷很厚,醫生本身因為病人太多,也不可能記得我吃過哪些藥。
所以我儼然「久病成良醫」,我會主動跟醫生講,不再拿自己當實驗品試藥。
也不要完全放手任由醫生開藥,尤其當你對那一顆藥有懷疑時。
2.對醫生毫不隱瞞:
對醫生不要撒謊。醫生對我們而言是外人,
我知道有人會刻意隱瞞一部份病情,或偽裝,或加油添醋
這些都是沒必要的。例如我私下減藥了,我會老實告訴醫生。
我的目的是讓病情好轉,不是跟醫生鬥法。
3.節省健保資源
我曾經囤藥,最後都是丟掉而已。後來深感自己浪費,罪惡重大,
於是看診時,我都會告訴醫生,這個藥我還剩幾顆,請不要多開 。
如果我根本不打算吃那顆藥,也叫醫生不要開。只要開個口,
可以節省健保資源。
