如果凌晨五六點才睡覺,
然後當天就去打滿激烈的籃球,
這樣會
1.有一點幫助健康,
只是可能容易太累,或打球時體力很差。
還是
2.危害健康,
完全沒有鍛練身體,根本就是在戕害自己身體!
請問會是哪個呢@@?
