減肥怎麼越減越肥呢 - 飲食疾患

過去我用了錯誤的減肥方式
我覺得只要少吃或不吃東西體重就會下降
但是1.2個月下來體重只有微微減個1.2公斤
只要吃個東西又回來
這好像是假性的
所以從上禮拜六開始恢復飲食配合運動
早餐正常吃
午餐蔬菜均衡但是澱粉類少量
晚餐只吃蔬菜和魚不吃澱粉類
每天踩X-BIKE 一天至少1~2小時
可是我現在量個體重就信心備受打擊
怎麼才幾天卻越減越肥比之前不吃東西還肥呢?
以前吃很少還沒有運動
現在三餐正常還配合運動卻反而變胖 好失落@@
到底是為什麼呢?
