減緩壓力大造成的代謝問題 - 壓力

最近工作壓力大導致食量變大
吃得多但大便頻率卻變少
就感覺整個人很腫脹
代謝很差,褲頭自然也變得很緊...
懷疑已經陷入變胖跟便秘的難題之中

在網路上查相關心得
一派是吃酵素快速通便
但我怕吃了之後會肚子痛狂拉
擔心會有腸胃太敏感不適應之類的問題...
另一派則是多吃纖維含量高的蔬菜
再搭配益生菌促進腸胃蠕動
可這方法需要長時間吃才會慢慢有效
似乎沒辦法解決我的當務之急
目前腹部跟身體還是胖在這代謝不掉...
想問各位有沒有折衷的通便方法?
