今年是暖冬,只有昨晚睡覺覺得冷,剛才念經完,精神不濟沒繼續念,和群友聊聊天,聊到了失眠問題,朋友講可以吃些桂圓、紅棗。我才想到是該溫補一下了,最近晚上都起來尿個至少一次,桂圓對頻尿很有療效。明天再去買紅棗吧,這以前就知道的全給忘了,憂鬱症有一壞處是會喪失照顧自己的能力。太虛了,要補一下。
